Services¶
The SERVICES module allows the operator to check its active service base
(ordered products that were successfully delivered), to modify active services, to
cancel services or to be informed of the automatic termination of services
(EVENTS).
Subscribed services¶
The operator can check its service base.
The operator can check the events associated to a given service.
Each service has a Business status that reflects the commercial state of the service:

Terminated: the service is permanently deactivated; it is no longer subject to billing by the operator |
Service termination¶
In order to terminate a service, it is recommended to create and submit a draft order of
the type terminate.
If there is already an ongoing order besides the draft, terminated, rejected or canceled orders, and whether it is a modification or a termination, the operator will be required to take action or delete it prior to creating a new draft order for that service.
