Tickets and Diagnostics¶
How it works¶
Diagnostic system allows to run a series of tests and maintenance commands on a Covage service.
The tested service can either be:
an unbundling product (meaning that tests will be ran on Covage hardware)
other providers products in case of bitstream products (meaning that we will call a provider service to run these tests).
Using API, user can ask for a standard diagnostic run that will do a fixed series of tests or ask for a custom diagnostic run that will do the diagnostic units of his choice.

Tickets¶
Once the diagnosis has been made on a service, you can create a ticket to ask Covage’s technical teams in case of malfunction.
Note
Only standard diagnostic runs will allow to create a support ticket.
